Analysis of the difference between the double-speed chain assembly line and the ordinary chain assembly line

Double-speed chain assembly line, also known as double-speed chain, double-speed chain conveyor line, double-speed chain line, is a self-flowing production line equipment. As workers install each small commodity part, they do so at assembly line speed. Suppose the velocity of employees is growing rapidly, but they are limited by the velocity of their flow. The speed chain assembly line just broke the high power limit of the speed chain assembly line.

Third, the difference in speed controllability: when the material on the conveyor belt is uneven due to the difference in the strength of the employees on the assembly line, it can be adjusted through the differential chain. The speed chain assembly line itself moves back and forth between the parts by rolling, so the speed chain assembly line can adjust this speed in a short time, because the speed chain is fixed, so it cannot be adjusted.

Fourth, the difference in stability: Since the speed of the double-speed chain assembly line is fixed and cannot be adjusted at the factory, it has higher stability than the manual speed double-speed chain assembly line.

Fifth, the difference in the size of the noise: due to the installation of the double-speed chain assembly line, it is better adjusted. It produces less noise than a double speed chain assembly line. Secondly, since the speed chain assembly line can increase the speed by increasing the power, but the noise will be louder when running at high power.
