The small motorcycle engine chain is loose and must be replaced. This small chain is automatically tensioned and cannot be repaired. The specific steps are as follows:
1. Remove the left wind panel of the motorcycle.
2. Remove the front and rear timing covers of the engine.
3. Remove the engine casing.
4. Remove the generator set.
5. Remove the left protective cover.
6. Remove the front timing wheel.
7. Use iron wire to take out the old small chain and insert the new small chain.
8. Reinstall the generator set in the reverse order.
9. Align the generator T mark with the housing screws, and align the small sprocket dot with the notch mark on the lever head.
10. Restore the positions of other parts to complete the replacement of the small chain.
