The model of the chain is specified according to the thickness and hardness of the chain plate.
Chains are generally metal links or rings, mostly used for mechanical transmission and traction. A chain-like structure used to obstruct the passage of traffic, such as in a street or at the entrance to a river or harbour. Chains can be divided into short-pitch precision roller chains, short-pitch precision roller chains, curved plate roller chains for heavy-duty transmission, chains for cement machinery, and plate chains. Do not soak the chain directly in strongly acidic or alkaline detergents such as diesel, gasoline, kerosene, WD-40, or degreaser, because the inner ring bearing of the chain is filled with oil of high viscosity. Be sure to add lubricant after each cleaning, wiping or solvent cleaning of the chain, and make sure the chain is dry before adding lubricant. First penetrate the lubricating oil into the chain bearing area, and then wait until it becomes sticky or dry. This can really lubricate the parts of the chain that are prone to wear (joints on both sides). A good lubricating oil, which feels like water at first and is easy to penetrate, but will become sticky or dry after a while, can play a long-lasting role in lubrication.
