What should I do if the front derailleur of my newly purchased mountain bike is scratched?

The mountain bike front derailleur chain needs to be adjusted. The specific steps are as follows:
1. First adjust the H and L positioning. First, adjust the chain to the outermost position (if it is 24 speed, adjust it to 3-8, 27 speed to 3-9, and so on). Adjust the H screw of the front derailleur counterclockwise, slowly adjusting it by 1/4 turn until this gear is adjusted without friction.
2. Then put the chain to the innermost position (1-1 gear). If the chain rubs against the inner guide plate at this time, adjust the L screw of the front derailleur counterclockwise. Of course, if it does not rub but the chain is too far away from the inner guide plate, , adjust it clockwise to a closer position, leaving a distance of 1-2mm.
3. Finally, place the front chain on the middle plate and adjust 2-1 and 2-8/9. If 2-9 rubs against the outer guide plate, adjust the front derailleur’s fine-tuning screw counterclockwise (the screw that comes out); if 2-1 If it rubs against the inner guide plate, adjust the front derailleur’s fine-tuning screw clockwise.
Note: L is the low limit, H is the high limit, that is to say, the L screw controls the front derailleur to move left and right in the 1st gear, and the H screw controls the left and right movement in the 3rd gear.
